Established in 2010, with over 35 years of experience, offering laser cutting, powder coating, welding and fabrication services.
Quality Laser can accommodate single part projects or jobs consisting of thousands of complex parts and pieces. Whether you have one part or thousands, We pride ourselves on quality service, and strive to keep our turn-around time to the highest standard in the industry. We have never missed a reasonable customer-imposed deadline.
With Laser Cutting a variety of grades and alloys of carbon steel, stainless, aluminum, copper, and brass. With our 5' x 10' cutting surface we have repeatedly cut Carbon steel maximum thickness is 3/4". Stainless Steel we have cut up to 1/2". Aluminum thicknesses up to 3/8", and Copper and brass up to 1/4" thick.
Welding
Quality Laser utilizes the latest in welding services. With full time dedicated welders specializing in Mig, Tig, Stick and Duel Shield welding services. For your fabrication needs.
Bending
Operating a CNC 150 ton fully computerized press break. Capable of bending from 22 gauge to 1/2" thick mild steel. We have a large array of tooling allowing us to achieve a variety of bending capabilities.
Powder Coating
Quality Laser's Powder Coating services can accommodate small trailer frames, sectional handrail systems all the way down to items as small as your smallest bolt or washer. Whether you have one part or thousands, We strive to keep our turnarounds quick and our colors sharp. With a true 400o curing oven our finishes are as pleasing to the eye as they are durable.
